LFS Group Inc.’s service model combines business consulting, professional training, and operational standardization for barbershops. Administrative planning and the preparation of training materials are based in Windermere, Florida, with on-site programs designed for delivery at participating clients’ establishments.
“HOW WE WORK”
Our proposed engagement process begins with an assessment of the client’s needs, followed by program planning and preparation of materials. Agreed consulting and training sessions are delivered at the client’s barbershop, with follow-up recommendations tailored to the engagement.
